FreshTrak: Public

For the first time, we are able to work one-on-one with each customer and help that specific individual get full use of our network and partnerships through a mobile device or web experience. Struggling households have the ability to find the help that best meets a variety of needs and sign up for services ahead of time. Most importantly, these tools allow everyone to stay safe during the pandemic by reducing the need to meet in-person while still collecting high quality information. At the core of this work is the promise that our app will allow our customers to have an easy and consistent digital experience wherever they are.

FreshTrak: Service

FreshTrak:Service (formerly PantryTrak) is a simple-to-use, cloud based computer program you can use to gather insights to better serve our customers. By creating a streamlined customer intake process, partners are able to rely on a limited staff or volunteer base. The robust reporting tools are created specifically with agency partner and foodbank needs in mind. FreshTrak offers the opportunity to track not only food services such as TEFAP and CSFP, but also comprehensive services such as community referrals, clothing, as well as back-to-school and holiday programs. Each data point builds a better understanding of existing services, allows identification of gaps, and empowers users to learn from their data

FreshTrak: Focus

Transactional data is only part of the story. There is a need to learn more about customers and their life beyond getting food in order to help them stabilize and thrive. We identify opportunities in the system allowing individuals in our neighborhoods to meet their potential by using data to reduce the barriers that limit growth. This allows for better service as well as better advocacy for our customers by promoting collaboration with relevant social service partners. The transactional pantry data, combined with customer assessments and additional sources gives a picture into the larger window of hunger and how it fits with the rest of the social determinants of health.

FreshTrak: Foodbank puts food banks in the driver’s seat by providing high-level network-wide data as well as the ability to maintain information delivered directly through FreshTrak: Service. Through multiple levels of integration and insights, the food bank gets a clear picture of all of the services in its region and are able to help guide resources where needed. The automation capabilities of FreshTrak: Foodbank reduce administrative burdens while the insights and analytics improve resource allocation.
